Hello Weekend Warriors

My name is Leif and I'm the creator and Head Trainer at Team Kaos! I have developed an exciting, energy charged group training system that is fun, dynamic and gets results! It includes, boxing, kickboxing, strength and conditioning, HIIT, endurance training, core strength, Yoga, group excursions and corporate training. We are based at Kangaroo Point Park on River Terrace with street parking available.

I am a qualified Personal Trainer with over 9 years experience in Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts. Team Kaos has been up and running for over 7 years and is still going strong with heaps of exciting and challenging workouts to stimulate that fighter we all have within ourselves! We have also started team HTFU to take on Tough Mudder, True Grit, Spartan race and any other endurance challenge on the TK calendar!

Weather permitting we also invade the beach at South Bank during Summer!

The hour session includes boxing, kick boxing, circuit training, core strength, fitness games and of course those notorious stairs!
